Studio Rental

The Podcast Room

 4 guest including the hosts.  Maximum of 6 people. 

 

 

No body paint
No glitter
No silly string, etc.
No smoking
No alcohol
No pets

No minors are allowed unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

No food/drinks inside of the studio. However there is a large lobby area in the main building where you can enjoy your food and drinks.

Videos and photography including selfies are limited to the room that you have rented. If we find that you or your guest have violated our policy. You will be charged the full hourly rate for that space.

We take our in between session cleanings seriously. Any guest who does not exit on time will be automatically charged for unauthorized over time usage of the space. Not leaving on time causes a delay and impedes our ability to prepare the space for the next guest. Studios must be vacated on time. Set-up, breakdown, cleanup, pack-up are all included in the reserved time that was scheduled and agreed to.

Overtime fees are $150/hr and are billed in 15 minute increments. (For practical purposes, this means that if you are in the space from 1 to 15 minutes beyond your allotted time, your credit card will be billed an additional $37.50 in late fees. 16 to 30 minutes over will incur a fee of $75.00, etc…)

Do not leave trash at our facility.

Do not move any furniture.

We are not responsible for items left behind.

You break it. You buy it.
