German Alexander Image Usage Rights

The purchaser, hereinafter referred to as the licensee, is granted comprehensive image usage rights to the specified photographs from the photography work of German Alexander, the photographer, taken during their private session. These rights encompass a broad range of permissions, allowing the licensee to utilize the images for various purposes. It is essential to acknowledge that despite these usage rights, German Alexander, the photographer, remains the sole owner of the copyright and retains all rights associated with the images.

With these rights, the licensee is allowed to:

1. **Unlimited Reproductions**: The licensee can make copies or reproductions of the images for their intended purpose, whether it's for print, digital media, or any other medium.  There is no limit on the number of copies or reproductions of the images that the licensee can create or distribute.

2. **Commercial Use**: The licensee is allowed to incorporate the images for any commercial purposes, such as advertising, marketing campaigns, product packaging,  commercial websites, or products for resale.

3. **Editorial Use**: The images can be used in editorial content, such as magazines, newspapers, blogs, and other publications to complement articles and stories.

4. **Prints and Reproductions**: The licensee may create physical prints of the images for display, decoration, or resale.

5. **Digital and Online Use**: The images can be displayed and distributed online through websites, social media platforms, and digital advertisements.

6. **Display**: The licensee  can showcase the images in public or private settings, such as exhibitions, websites, social media platforms, or marketing materials.

7.** Distribute**: The licensee  can share or distribute the images to specific individuals, organizations, or the general public, as needed.

8. Modify: The licensee modify the images to suit their specific requirements, such as resizing, cropping, or adding text overlays.

9.  **Global Usage**: The rights may extend internationally, allowing the licensee to use the images worldwide.

10. **Duration of Use**: Lifetime 

11. **Prohibited Uses**: Certain uses might be explicitly prohibited under the licensing agreement, such as using the images in a defamatory, offensive, or illegal manner.

12.  **Non-exclusive rights**. The photographer may license the same images to other parties simultaneously.
